Shimmy Kitagawa - Administration Manager
Shimmy is responsible for the overall management of the “back office” of the school including recording assessment and other daily student and academic recording, preparing board papers and other Head Office communications, all external correspondence and coordinating of admissions and interviews within the school.
Anna Karjewska - Student Services Assistant
Student Services is located in the alcove opposite entry to the Resources Centre. Anna is the Student Services Assistant and is the first point of call for any student issue including
- Attendance
- Student welfare and activities including SRC
- Initial contact between the School, HO, Lecturers and Students
- Assist the Head of Studies on behalf of students
- Communication hub for students, HO and staff including notice boards and emails
Anna’s primary role is to make sure students have an avenue to communicate with the college and provide direction to students so any matter may be dealt with by the appropriate person.
