Payment and RefundPlease only make payments to us once your application has been accepted or you have received a provisional Letter of Offer. In either case, we will send you an invoice with directions for payment. For an overview of our payment procedures please read on. Advanced Diploma CoursesAustralian students - To secure a place in the course, pay $2,000 deposit by direct deposit, cheque or credit card (Visa or Mastercard). Please note that due to limited places, we encourage that you make payment as quickly as possible. The equipment fees must also be paid in full two weeks prior to course commencement.
- The balance of tuition fees can be paid in full by direct deposit, cheque or credit card (Visa or Mastercard). Alternatively, contact our Accounts Department on (02) 9955 1122 to organise an approved payment plan.

- $2,000 Deposit due as soon as possible to secure your place and be issued an COE (electronic Confirmation of Enrolment)
- In order to make your money go further when paying for your enrolment and student fees we suggest that you consider OzForex, the foreign exchange specialists. - 1st instalment of Tuition fees (balance of Tuition fees after $2,000 deposit is applied divided by 2) + equipment fees and medical insurance. This is due no later than two weeks prior to course commencement.
- 2nd instalment of Tuition fees is due three months thereafter. Our Accounts Department will let you know the exact due date.
Associate Degree CoursesAustralian Students (Applications accepted or a provisional letter of offer issued)- To secure a place in the course, pay your equipment fees by direct deposit, cheque or credit card (Visa or Mastercard). - The tuition fees can be paid by completing a FEE-HELP application form which can be obtained by calling our Accounts Department on (02) 9955 1122.
- Alternatively, if you are not applying for FEE-HELP, please pay tuition fees for the full semester or year by direct deposit, cheque or credit card (Visa or Mastercard), or contact our Accounts Department on (02) 9955 1122 to organise an approved payment plan. International Students (Applications accepted or a provisional letter of offer issued)- To secure a place in the course and receive your COE, pay your equipment fees and $2,000 by direct deposit, cheque or credit card (Visa or Mastercard). - The Tuition fees for the semester or year can be paid by direct deposit, cheque or credit card (Visa or Mastercard). Due to international student visa requirements, Tuition fees and any associated fees must always be paid in advance.
- Below is the only approved payment plan for international students studying an Associate Degree course at Billy Blue College Pty Ltd: - $2,000 Deposit due as soon as possible to secure your place and to be issued an COE (electronic Confirmation of Enrolment) - 1st instalment of Tuition fees (balance of Tuition fees after $2,000 deposit is applied divided by 2) + equipment fees, medical insurance and any accommodation or airport pickup services. This is due no later than two weeks prior to course commencement. - 2nd instalment of Tuition fees is due three months thereafter. Our Accounts Department will let you know the exact due date.
Bachelor Degree CoursesIf you are enrolling into a Bachelor program, an additional deposit of $500 is due to receive your COE and to secure a place in the course.Important Things To Note - Please make all cheques payable to “Billy Blue College Pty Ltd” in Australian Dollars $AUD.
- If payment is to be made by credit card (VISA or Mastercard), please contact the college’s Accounts Department and arrange to have a credit card payment form and instructions sent to you.

If payment relates to multiple items, please note the breakdown on your payment advice so that it can be applied correctly to your fees.

- No surcharge is charged to students paying by credit card. Agents acting on behalf of a student and paying by credit card will be charged a credit card fee of 2% on Visa or Mastercard payments.
- A $600 discount can be deducted if tuition fees for the full Academic Year are paid in full before course commencement for Advanced Diploma courses*.

RefundsIn certain circumstances, students are able to receive a refund of fees. The particulars of our Refund Policy are clearly outlined on the application form in the “Terms and Conditions of Enrolment”.
